Higgins, Inc. is a licensed commercial and residential general contractor that has been in business for more than twenty five years specializing in apartment rehabilitations, general repair and maintenance services, painting and tenant improvements throughout the Bay Area.  What makes us unique, is that we have a full in-house janitorial division, Maxim Services, Ltd. We have developed an expertise in apartment/multi-family rehabilitation projects.  We work closely together with the apartment owners and the property managers to make these renovations go as smoothly as possible.   Our large warehouse makes it easy for us to receive and store materials for the projects. We understand the complexities of the scheduling, tight deadlines and dealing with the residents.

Higgins, Inc., we monitor our employees and jobsites to keep accidents and injuries to a minimum.  We have weekly safety meetings to review our safety procedures and our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

 

 

 

 

Maxim Services is our janitorial division that professionally cleans more than 1.5 million sq. ft of office space per night.  We use “green” building products and cleaning procedures.  We have a full-time night manager to ensure that the work gets done and he is there to address any unforeseen events.  We keep your building clean and fresh to impress your tenants, visitors and employees.

 

It was our long standing relationships that we had built with our Maxim clients that lead the way to G.A. Higgins general contracting services.  These property managers and owners were already impressed with our quality of work, response time and reliability that they began to ask us to do more than just janitorial duties.  So that is when we began doing more for them: painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing and tenant improvements.  We have earned our reputation for quality and value from years of providing excellent service to all of our clients.
